Traveler ReviewsThese people know how to run a restaurant

Ate there twice in a week. Had prime rib night which was excellent. Fresh vegetables and salad, homegrown, are the best on the island.
However, their lambshank beat any anywhere on the planet.
Peanut butter pie and homemade ice cream give this restaurant a 10 on a scale of ten anywhere on the planet.
Owner will know your name on your second trip.
I Love the Cheesecake

My wife and I scuba dive on Saba every December. In 2009 we tried Brigadoon's for the first time and absolutely loved the food. The fresh fish is excellent but the Shrimp Michael pasta is my favourite. In 2009 I had the raspberry chambord cheesecake and decided it was the best cheesecake I had every had. This past Christmas we ate dinner at Brigadoon. I had the fresh snapper and my wife had the lamb shank. Both were delicious. The rum raisin cheescake was sublime. Our second dinner was just as memorable. The service is great, the wine list is very good with some expensive and some reasonably priced selections. We now make reservations with the restaurant before we book our travel to Saba, just to be sure we can eat there.
Might be the best meal I have ever had... For all senses.

My recent meal at brigadoon very well could have been the best meal I have ever had. To make a truly great meal, it's more than just food.. Now, they had the food down cold... I went with a friend and we shared a few entrees.. I definitely recommend doing the same, I was amazed by EVERYTHING we tried, hands down best Tuna I have tried, incredible seafood chowder (MAKE SURE YOU TRY IT).. "Shrimp Michael" was out of this world, I think I could have just poured the sauce on dish towels and eaten them and been happy... putting it on perfect shrimp seems like it should almost be illegal. oh yeah.. and a ribeye steak that might have been better than any I have made for myself.. and i pride myself on my ability to cook steak. Beyond the food, it's the service.. They have the nicest service I have encountered in a very long time if not ever, Tricia, Michael, and Aaron are just perfect.. Great people that love what they do and share it.. While this all may seem a little over the top for a review, I assure you it is not. Truly a great restaurant and unforgettable experience.. If you can get to Saba, you owe it to yourself to eat dinner at Brigadoon.. I will be back.
best Saban restaurant

My wife and I had dinner twice at the Brigadoon. The food is outstanding and so is the service. Great seafood, but also great steaks and wines. Also tried another (recommended) restaurant, but regretted, since I would have preferred going to the Brigadoon all the time. Tricia & Michael, thank you and hope to be back soon!
The best restaurant on Saba!

Of all the restaurants I ate at on Saba, Brigadoon had the best food and service by far! All of the food are Tricia's and Michael's original creations, and I wish I had spent more time on the island so I could have tried each and every one. We started with the seafood chowder, which is one of their most famous dishes. After that we had their fresh tuna salad, with large slices of spiced tuna over a fresh grown salad from their own garden. Then came the "Shrimp Michael" for the main course. It was easily the best shrimp pasta dish I have ever had. Michael's original white sauce and a generous portion of shrimp over a big bowl of pasta...just amazing! To top it all off, Tricia had made an amazing homemade butterscotch cheesecake. Overall, a great restaurant, and must try on Saba!
